What is Hypnosis?
There has been a misconception on what hypnosis is about. It is the media that has put a negative spin on hypnosis / hypnotherapy.
We go into a state of hypnotic trance at least twice a day. It is something that we already know how to do naturally. When you read a book, when you shower or when you're driving home, you don't think about the route home, you just know the route home, that is a state of trance. You are still aware of your surroundings and still able to get home without having thinking about the route.
So what is hypnosis? Hypnosis is a highly focused state of mind – also known as an altered state of consciousness – whereby the unconscious mind is free to act without interference from regular consciousness. It is the state of relaxation.

What is NLP?
As our unconscious mind is a powerful tool, it can also resolve the problems that you are not seeing consciously. The unconscious has the answers that you need to overcome that particular situation. When you become aware of how to overcome a challenge, your whole thought process changes. Your entire being changes. You may find yourself doing things differently and getting a great outcome from it. Now wouldn't that be something that appeals to you?
Change happens when You are Ready for Change.
THE UNCONCIOUS MIND
Your unconscious mind is a powerful tool. Every thought, feelings that you felt is stored in your cellular body. It can be a positive feeling or negative. If you keep hold of emotions that does not serve you, it gets stored away in your body. When that starts to build and the negative emotions gets builds, your body will start to break down. It may be your immune system becomes weaker and you develop the flu, and if you continue to harbour those emotions, your body breaks down further as you have not dealt or overcome those emotions and you may start to develop a serious illness. Holding on to negative emotions will break your body down, push your immune system down and you start to develop illnesses. So why hold on to it? Does it serve a purpose for you?
